PURPOSE:To eliminate perfonal difference on the occasion of preparation of packaging data and thereby to make preparation of new data efficient. CONSTITUTION:When packaging data are prepared (step 1), a component is installed actually (step 2), the amount of deviation of an electrode from a land pattern is measured by using a camera (step 3) and the coordinates of actual installation are changed by a controller (step 4). When the installation is once conducted, accordingly, it can always be executed with high precision from the next time on. |
