MONITOR METHOD FOR BUFFER PLANE USE RIGHT IN EXCHANGE

PURPOSE:To prevent duplicate registration with a less hardware quantity by defining two kinds of states for each buffer plane to monitor the use right of the buffer plane. CONSTITUTION:Supposing that information arrives from an incoming line and a write control section WC300 acquires a buffer plane use right BT from a buffer use right management section BTC500. Then the state of the buffer plane represented by the use right BT is checked by referring to a buffer plane use right state latch register S1000 at the control section WC300, and when the state is the write standby state, it is discriminated that no error is in existence in the use right BT and the information is written in the buffer. Furthermore, when the buffer plane awaits reading it is discriminated that two use rights BT or over are in existence in the management section BTC500 and the use right BT is aborted and other use right BT is in use. When the management section BTC500 is acquired in an outgoing line, a read control section RC400 checks the state of the buffer plane represented by the use right BT.
