PURPOSE:To obtain a coated polyolefin film suitable for offset printing by forming a coat made from a copolymer of a nitrile compound with a soft monomer, etc., poval and an inorganic powder on the surface of a polyolefin film. CONSTITUTION:A coat made from a copolymer (A) having a glass transition temperature of 30 deg.C or below and prepared by copolymerizing 12-45wt.% nitrile compound such as acrylonitrile with 10-48wt.% methyl methacrylate, 20-60wt.% 2-16 C alcohol/(meth)acrylic ester, vinyl ester or the like and 0-35wt.% other vinyl monomers, 3-10wt.% polyvinyl alcohol (B), and 5-20wt.% (the sum of components A to C being 100wt.%) fine inorganic powder (C) is formed on at least either surface of a polyolefin film to form a coated polyolefin film capable of offset printing with a printing ink containing a general-purpose quick-drying vehicle without swelling and curling. Desirably, component A has a film-forming temperature of 30 deg.C and is in the form of an aqueous emulsion having a particle diameter of 0.01-2mum. |
