PURPOSE:To obtain a synthetic resin product having surface conductivity by impregnating a monomer which can form a conductive polymer, such as pyrrole, thiophene or aniline, into a synthetic resin in the form of power, particle, molding or sinter, and polymerizing the monomer. CONSTITUTION:A monomer, such as pyrrole, thiophene, aniline or an lakyl- substituted derivative thereof, whcih can form a conductive polymer, is impregnated into a synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride, polyamide or polyester in the form of powder, particle, molding or sinter, and the monomer is polymerized into a product having conductivity on at least the surface. Examples of the polymerization processes adopted include catalytic polymerization, electrolytic polymerization, vapor-phase polymerization, liquid-phase polymerization and solution polymerization. Examples of the products include laminates such as door knobs, wall materials and tiles. |
