摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a melamine resin foam freed from difficulties encountered in prior art and improved in brittleness and water absorption. CONSTITUTION:The objective foam has an excellent water repellency and comprises a foam obtained by foaming a resin composition mainly consisting of a melamine/formaldehyde condensate and a blowing agent and a nonhydrophilic component applied to the foam.
