NON-GRAPHITE LUBRICATING COMPOSITION FOR HOT PLASTIC WORKING

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition which has lubricity comparable to that of a graphite-base lubricant, makes it possible to economically and easily produce a large hot forged article, and does not pollute the environment and is very favorable from hygienic viewpoint since it does not contain any solid lubricant. CONSTITUTION:This composition is obtained by diluting with water a mixture of 100 pts.wt. carbohydrate and 10-150 pts.wt. molybdic acid or salt thereof and contains 1-60wt.% of the mixture in water.
