<p>A resin formulation having high toughness at low toughening agent loading levels for use in commercial composite applications such as transport, construction and general engineering. The base resin is an n epoxy resin and the toughening agent is a preformed siloxane-imide block copolymer of the AB and ABA type or a graft copolymer of the type A(g-B)m. A and B are oligomeric blocks preformed prior to coupling.</p> |
