PURPOSE:To restrain a decrease of a processing capacity to the minimum by setting a dot pattern which was read out from a character generator 203 automatically synchronized with a generation of a processing demand to an output pattern latch. CONSTITUTION:A macro service code is set forcibly to a command register 212 by an I/O demand receiving section 216 with being recognized that the demand is macro service demand, when the I/O demand is generated from a print timing generation section 205 to an I/O demand control section 204. An address renewal of a program counter 200-1 is prohibited, furthermore, a processing is carried out with the values of the program counter 200-1, a program status word 200-2 and a general purpose register set 200-3 are maintained by a processing control section 214. By such a way a number of interruption accompanied by a soft ware processing is reduced and the decrease of processing capacity of a processing section 200 can be restrained to the utmost. |
