摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain fiber reinforced plastic excellent in mechanical characteristics and fire retardancy and reduced in anisotropy by arranging at least one layer of a pair of laminated layers each consisting of a mat and cloth and mat layers so that both surfaces of the outermost layer become mat layers and the mat layers and cloth layers are alternately positioned to impregnate the same with a resin solution and subjecting all layers to lamination treatment by an impregnating roller. CONSTITUTION:As a fiber reinforced material, five layers of cloth 2a and a mat 1a, cloth 2b and a mat 1b, cloth 2c and a mat 1c, cloth 2d and a mat 1d and cloth 2e and a mat 1e are respectively set to the upper layer of a mat 1 in succession and these respective layers (6 layers) are drawn in a resin tank 3 by a guide plate 4 to be passed through a resin solution and impregnated with the resin solution by impregnating rollers 5 to be laminated while the excessive resin solution is removed and drawn in a heating die 6 to be cured. The drawing-out speed of a cured molded body 7 is controlled by a drive apparatus 8 and the cured molded body 7 is cut to form a molded product.
