PURPOSE:To prevent the exposure of a reinforcing material, and to improve corrosion resistance by movably inserting projecting sections into a through-hole previously formed to the reinforcing material from both molds, mold-clamping the projecting sections and injecting a thermo-setting resin to the voids of both mold-clamped molds and the periphery of the reinforcing material and solidifying the resin. CONSTITUTION:When a woody reinforcing material is insert-molded to a reinforcing section, into which a bolt for a thermo-setting resin product is inserted, a through-hole is formed previously to the woody reinforcing material 22 while opposed projecting sections 41, 51 movably inserted into the through-hole 24 vertically are shaped to both mating molds 4, 5. The projecting sections 41, 51 are inserted movably into the through-hole and mold-clamped, a thermo-setting resin is injected to the voids of both mold-clamped molds and the periphery of the reinforcing material and solidified, and a hole is bored to a non- penetrated section composed of the resin in the through-hole by a drill after mold release. |
