PURPOSE:To shorten a manufacturing time by folding back the end part of a skin material to rapidly involve the end part of a core material so as to obtain beautiful appearance and preventing the end part of the skin material from coming into contact with a core material press bonding mold at the time of folding back to generate the adhesion of an adhesive to a molding surface. CONSTITUTION:A manufacturing apparatus wherein a fixed mold 10, a core material press bonding mold 20 and a skin material folding-back device are provided and projection pins 22 of which the lower ends become core material holding parts 23 are provided to the core material press bonding mold so as to freely protrude and retreat with respect to the molding surface of core material press bonding mold is used and a skin material 60 is placed on the molding surface of the fixed mold and a core material 61 is held by the lower ends of the projection pins of the core material press bonding mold and, thereafter, the projection pins are allowed to protrude to bond the core material to the rear surface of the skin material under pressure. Subsequently, the end part of the skin material is folded back toward the rear surface of the core material and the core material press bonding mold is allowed to fall to bond the end part of the skin material to the rear surface of the core material under pressure by the molding surface of the core material press bonding mold. |
