PURPOSE:To provide a production method for ceramic device in which the selection range of each material, being limited in order to allow co-firing of ceramic material and conductive material, can be widened. CONSTITUTION:Asintered ceramic powder is admixed with a resin and a solvent to produce a slurry which is then cast and rolled to produce a ceramic sheet. A conductive film is then formed on the ceramic sheet which is then stacked or wound, as required. This method produces a desired ceramic device without requiring any firing process after production of ceramic sheet. |
