PURPOSE:To provide the document processor on which a document can efficiently be corrected by specifying a correction place by a layout screen by a user, and then automatically arranging a cursor at the correction place when the layout screen is changed into an editing screen again. CONSTITUTION:A correction place specifying process part 105 stores the correction place specified by the user in a layout display state in a corrected character position table 110 for a character or in a corrected figure position table 111 for a figure. When the screen is put back into the editing state from the layout display state, a document editing process part 101 reads the correction position out of the corrected character position table 110 or corrected figure position table 111 through a cursor position acquiring process part 106 and moves the cursor to the correction position. Consequently, the user performs correcting operation immediately. |
