<p>PURPOSE:To provide a scheduling method having time to spare in the appointed date of delivery while giving max. priority to the appointed date of delivery. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic disk 13 stores order information such as which product and how many products are required to be produced from what time to what time, etc., task information such as by which process the product is produced, on which production line production can be executed in the respective kinds of process, how long required time is at the time of production in the production lines, etc., and also stores a module for scheduling through the use of order information and task information. At first, backword scheduling is executed and, after that, the result is used so as to execute front-moving-up scheduling. Schedule being free in the appointed date of delivery can be planned while giving max. priority to the appointed date of delivery. In the processing of forward scheduling, the production line of a backword scheduling result is ignored and the forwarding processing is executed from process with early production start time. The working rate of the production line is improved.</p> |
