PURPOSE:To decrease the registration number of notation strings or combinations of notations to become key words. CONSTITUTION:The key word imparting device 10 has an imparting process drive notation detection part 17 which detects an imparting process drive notation as an array of words satisfying imparting process drive conditions stored in a imparting process drive condition storage part 15 detected from either the notation of a word taken out of an analysis result storage part 14 or the attribute value of the word and takes a key word imparting rule corresponding to the imparting process drive conditions out of a key word imparting rule storage part 16, and a key word imparting process part 18 which decides the imparting process notation of array of before and behind words matching with the which of plural 'key word imparting rules', and imparts a key word according to the matching 'key word imparting rule'.
