摘要

The top and bottom electric conduction lines (44)(42) of diameter 20-30 μm and of pitch of 1000 μm that can replace usual ITO electrodes are placed on a transparent elastic plate (40) having 150-250 μm thickness. A penetration hole (46) is formed on the transparent elastic plate (40) to make the electric conduction lines turn on an electric current. A transparent insulation plates (60)(50) havig 10-20 μm of thickness to protect an electric conduction lines is formed on top and bottom part of a transparent elastic plate.
