PURPOSE:To improve durability and weather resistance and to color a block in an arbitrary color without limitations on an used pigment by forming a block of a multi-layer structure comprising a surface layer formed by at least one-layer sheet-like rubber and a lower layer formed by hardening soft elastic aggregate, hard aggregate or a mixture thereof by a binder. CONSTITUTION:A cross linking agent, a vulcanizing agent, a hardening agent, and a pigment are mixed with unvulcanized rubber which becomes a surface layer 2 and made into a sheet by a roll or the like, and cut to such a size as to be put into a metal mold to be placed in the metal mold. Subsequently, soft elastic aggregate, hard aggregate or a mixture thereof which is a material for a lower layer 3 and a binder are prepared in the metal mold, and vulcanization of the surface layer 2, hardening of the binder and horming are simultaneously performed by heat pressing to obtain a paving elastic block 1 by taking out it from the metal mold. Thus, the block can be hard to discolor and colored in various colors. |
