PURPOSE:To prevent adverse influence on food in a refrigerator by sensing, when a damper thermostat is defective, and informing a user of it. CONSTITUTION:When damper thermostat state sensing means 17 is, after a close of a damper thermostat 11 output, opened, the thermostat 11 is again opened, and when the thermostat 11 is, even if it is repeated predetermined times, not closed, a malfunction of the thermostat 11 is made known to a user by warning means 23. When the means 17 is, after an open of the thermostat 11 is output, closed, the thermostat 11 is gain opened, and when the thermostat 11 is, when it is repeated predetermined times, not opened, a malfunction of the thermostat 11 is informed to the user by the means 23. Thus, adverse influence on cold storage food, such as freezing and putrefaction of the food due to the malfunction of the thermostat 11, can be prevented. |
