The invention relates to a catheter having a catheter tube (10) containing an internal conduit (3) extending along an axis (10a), and at least one two-way valve (5) associated with this tube for selective communication between its conduit and the outside. According to the invention, the valve (5), which is normally closed at rest, is arranged facing the conduit (3) substantially along its axis (10a).
