The proposed system is characterised in that it particularly comprises a matching load, associated with each end of the active lines (PRI, PRS), this load consisting either of a capacitor connected in series with a resistor or of a circuit tuned to the central frequency of the band to be transmitted and consisting of a choke, of a capacitor and of a resistor which are mounted in parallel and connected in series with a capacitor.
