PURPOSE:To enhance working efficiency and also the improve setting accuracy by automatically changing the set value of pressure of an assist gas. CONSTITUTION:In a laser beam machine A, a gas pipe 31 for high pressure and a gas pipe 33 for low pressure of the supply path of the assist gas are provided with an electropneumatic regulator 30 for high pressure and an electropneumatic regulator 32 for low pressure. The set values of pressure of these electropneumatic regulator 30 for high pressure and electropneumatic regulator 32 for low pressure are controlled by a regulator control circuit. |
