PURPOSE:To improve handling performance improve the space efficiency in storage, prevent the periphery of processing machines from being dirted, and reduce the waste of the vacant containers by drying and solidifying a development agent manufactured as liquid agent. CONSTITUTION:A development agent manufactured as liquid agent is solidified by the drying utilizing the injection drying method. The obtained powdery development agent is preferably formed to a granular form through the pulverizing operation. The development agent preferably contains the alkalis silicate. The concentration of the solid portion in the development agent to be treated with the injection drying is preferably in the range of 10-70wt%, more preferably in the range of 10-50wt%. Further, the SiO2 content in the development agent to be injection-dried is preferbly 20wt% or less, and more preferably 15wt% or less. The liquid agent to be used in the injection drying can contain the alkali agent other than the alkali silicate and alkali hydroxide, nonionic surfactant, anionic surfactant, or the cationic surfactant. |
