PURPOSE:To provide a range-finding device by which range-finding time is shortened and inexpensive and high accurate multipoint range-finding is realized. CONSTITUTION:In this range-finding device, plural range-finding points are arranged at desired efficient positions by driving a focusing part 3 based on a range-finding value obtained by a range-finding part 2 so that a photographing lens 9 is focused under the control of an arithmetic control part (CPU) 1 performing entire control; and driving a scanning mechanism part 6 by an actuator 5 for scanning through a scanning pitch change part 4 based on a focal distance (f) when the lens is focused under the control of the arithmetic control part(CPU) 1. |
