PURPOSE:To improve debugging efficiency by improving break function in an in-circuit emulator by providing a latch circuit which latches a signal representing the establishment of a condition A, writing the output of the circuit in a tracing circuit, and reading the signal representing the establishing of the condition A by a microcomputer at need. CONSTITUTION:A condition A detection circuit 20A which detects whether or not the condition A is established, a condition B detection circuit 20B which detects whether or not a condition B is established, a first latch circuit 7A which latches a detection pulse thetaP outputted from the condition A detection circuit 20A, and a second latch circuit 7B which latches the output signal (SEQ signal) of the first latch circuit 7A are provided. The output signal of the second latch circuit 7B and that of the first latch circuit 7A are inputted to an AND gate 21. A break control part 5 stops the execution of a user program for a slave microcomputer 2 when the output of the AND gate 21 goes to a high level. |
