<p>PURPOSE:To enable operator to monitor operation at an actual time by adequately setting the count of a monitoring timer. CONSTITUTION:In an operation monitoring device which outputs a voice output request for informing an operator of the contents of an operation command by outputting a voice to a voice output device 7 when the operation command is judged to be outputted by control logic on the basis of plant information, and on the other hand, outputs the operation command to a plant by an operation signal output means 11 after the voice output completion signal is received, and monitors whether operation is completed by the operation command or not by the monitoring timer, a means which inputs the voice output completion signal, and in addition, starts the counting of the monitoring timer when the corresponding operation command is outputted to the plant is provided.</p> |
