PURPOSE: To provide an emulsifier in which the size of drop is reduced while preventing formation of bubble and avoiding need of any movable part and the structure, and thereby the manufacturing cost, is reduced as compared with a known apparatus. CONSTITUTION: Two hollow bodies 9.1, 9.2 for defining respective vortex chambers are arranged in a mixing chamber first and second intermediate chambers 10.1, 10.2 are arranged between the inner wall 2 of the mixing chamber and the outer surfaces of the hollow bodies 9.1, 9.2. The first intermediate chamber 10.1 is coupled with a connecting metal for diesel fuel and water and the second intermediate chamber 10.2 is coupled with a connecting metal for mixing liquid. Both vortex chambers are interconnected through a passage 12 and the first vortex chamber is coupled with the first intermediate chamber 10.1 through at least one hole 14.1 in the wall of the first hollow body 9.1 while the second vortex chamber is coupled with the second intermediate chamber 10.2 through at least one hole 14.2 in the wall of the second hollow body 9.2. |
