PURPOSE:To obtain a signal processor without generating the congestion of wiring, mutual interference between wires, the increment of signal delay, and a clock skew, etc. CONSTITUTION:Circuit elements 12 equipped with a light emitting part 14 which comprises a device and converts the output signal of the device to an optical signal, and a light receiving part 15 which receives the optical signal and converts it to an input signal are packaged on plural packaging boards 11-1 to 11-4 arranged in parallel so as to confront the light emitting part 14 with the light receiving part 15 between adjacent packaging boards. In addition to that, information between the circuit elements 12 on the adjacent packaging boards are transmitted/received in the optical signals via the light emitting part 14 and the light receiving part 15. |
