PURPOSE:To realize intellectualization of a building by accommodating piping and wiring in an effective space provided between a former outside wall and a new panel installed on the outer side of the former outside wall as well as by aiming at a new utilization of the new panel. CONSTITUTION:A new outside wall 1 is provided on the outer side of a former outside wall of the building so that an effective accommodatable space may be formed. The new panel of the coping on the roof is provided with a solar battery 26 and a space between the former coping and the new panel has a piping 10, which is arranged between the former outside wall and the new outside wall, running through and is pulled up on the roof. A louver 28, which uses the space between the former outside wall and the new outside wall for a vent, is provided as an upper part ventilation hole. The solar battery 26 is installed on the panel for the new coping 16. An output power is taken out from the solar battery 26 through a conductor not shown in the figure so that a storage battery and the like can be charged. |
