PURPOSE:To surely perform the security management of voice data recorded on a recording medium. CONSTITUTION:In the medical examination guidance system as an information reproducing system having plural information recording and reproducing devices which reproduce the recording data including voice data from the recording medium, information recording and reproducing devices are placed in, for example, key hospitals, general practitioners, medical management room in an enterprise, home, and public health center. Each information recording and reproducing device is equipped with a reproduction data decision mans which decides whether or not the voice data should be reproduced based on the data (A, B, and C) which represent the degree of importance of voice data when the data are reproduced in a host computer 31 or in an optical card reader 33. Further, the range of voice data whose reproduction is decided is set to be different mutually from respective information recording and reproducing devices. |
