摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method for analyzing activity of anti-freezing protein, the method comprising the steps of: introducing a reformer containing a carboxyl group at one end thereof to surfaces of metal nanoparticles to reform the surfaces of the metal nanoparticles with the carboxyl group; adding antifreezing protein to be analyzed and the surface-reformed metal nanoparticles to water; freezing the water added with the metal nanoparticles and the antifreezing protein to 0°C or lower to agglomerate the metal nanoparticles, followed by thawing; measuring the degree of agglomeration of the metal nanoparticles contained in the thawed water; and comparing the measured degree of agglomeration with the degree of agglomeration of metal nanoparticles of a control group, which are obtained by freezing water not containing antifreezing protein to be analyzed to 0°C or lower to agglomerate the metal nanoparticles, followed by thawing. The method for analyzing activity of anti-freezing protein according to the present invention cannot only quantitatively or qualitatively analyze activity of the antifreezing protein more simply and cheaply as compared with the conventional technology, but can also analyze stability of the antifreezing protein.
