PURPOSE:To obtain a raw material for food and drink rich in dietary fiber and enabling daily taking of dietary fiber effective for the conditioning of intestines without much efforts by eating or drinking the food or drink prepared by compounding the raw material and to obtain a process for the preparation of the raw material. CONSTITUTION:This food raw material is a dried powder of rush. It can be prepared by washing harvested rush with water and subjecting the washed rush to blanching treatment, drying and pulverization. |
