PURPOSE:To provide the palette structure of a sheet-like member capable of setting the cutting width of a composite sheet to the min. and capable of accurately position the composite sheet on the truck fed to a heating device to certainly clamp the same. CONSTITUTION:A composite sheet 10 cut into a predetermined length is supplied to a heating device through a charging device to be softened and bonded to a core material under pressure by a molding apparatus to produce an instrument panel. In the palette structure of a sheet like member used in order to feed the composite sheet to the charging device at the time of the production of the instrument panel, the composite sheet 10 is cut so as to form a recessed part 11 and a protruding part 12 to both ends of the sheet and positioning members 13, 14 engaged with the recessed part 11 and the protruding part 12 are provided in the loading direction of the composite sheet 10 of a palette 1.
