MOLD FOR INJECTION MOLDING

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce a molding cycle time by self-retaining of mold clamping force and removing moldings without moving and removing of a cavity unit. CONSTITUTION:A locking member 11 and a hooking member 12 are held together for self-retaining of mold clamping force, and a hooking member 3 and the locking member 11 are held together for mold opening. A hot-runner manifold 14 is provided on a stationary retainer plate 4 which retains a plurality of stationary cavity units 2, and the hot-runner manifold 14 is provided with a valve device 14b, and a changeover of the cavity unit 2 which is to inject is performed. A changeover by the valve device 14b is interlocked with clamping and opening of molds to eliminate necessity of moving and removing of a pair of cavity units 1 and 2.
