PURPOSE:To provide the cooked rice containing a material including an eel or conger, capable of holding the softness of the eel or conger, when heated with a microwave oven at home. CONSTITUTION:For example, a broiled eel 13 and a NARAZUKE (pickle seasoned in sake lees) are added to cooked rice 12 molded into an one mouth size and subsequently wrapped and sealed with the sheet 15 of wheat flour. A conger may be used instead of the broiled eel, and a seasoning such as a sauce and a spice such as SANSHOU (Japanese pepper) may be added to the sheet 15 of the wheat flour. |
