The invention relates to a device for puncture under reduced pressure, in particular for fitting a guide and/or a catheter in a cavity with liquid content in the body. According to the invention, this device includes a three-way connector (4), one branch (40) of which is connected to a hollow needle (7), whilst the second (42) is connected to a suction source (2) which can be preactuated manually, the third (41) being free and allowing introduction through the said connector (4) and needle (7), as far as the cavity, of the guide and/or the catheter, as well as means (5) making it possible to isolate the suction source from the said connector. <IMAGE>
