<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a glass shielding ultraviolet rays and heat rays and having well-balanced ultraviolet-shielding property and heat-shielding property and high productivity. CONSTITUTION:This glass shielding ultraviolet rays and heat rays is composed of a glass plate, a 1st layer consisting of a film of an oxide or oxynitride of either one of Zn, ZnSn alloy or ZnSnCu alloy, having film thickness of 30-100nm and formed on the glass plate, a 2nd layer consisting of a film of an oxide or oxynitride of one among Ti, Cr and Pb, having a thickness of 10-80nm and formed on the 1st layer and a 3rd layer consisting of a film of an oxide or oxynitride of one among Zn, ZnSn alloy and ZnSnCu alloy, having a film thickness of 30-80nm and formed on the 2nd layer.</p> |
