PRODUCTION OF COMPOSITE BODY OF WOOD MEAL AND THERMOPLASTIC RESIN

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a method for realizing an effective use of a wood resource and producing a high-water resistant composite body of wood meal and a thermoplastic resin in a simple manner without deteriorating a working environment. CONSTITUTION:In a wood meal-thermoplastic resin composite body production method, finely-ground wood meal and thermoplastic resin powder are mixed in a weight ratio (wood meal/thermoplastic resin powder) of 65/35-85/15. The obtained mixture is hot pressed at a temperature of 120-220 deg.C under a molding pressure of 30-100kgf/cm<2>.
