<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the subject paste which enables the production of a color filter without making its color cloudy even in producing a blue filter, the most liable to cause troubles, by mixing a solvent, a specific org. pigment insol. in the solvent, and a specific polyimide precursor. CONSTITUTION:This color paste comprises a solvent, an org. pigment insol. in the solvent and mainly comprising a blue-coloring org. pigment, and a polyimide precursor which is a polymer mainly comprising structural units of formula I (wherein R1 is a group of formula II or III; and R2 is H or a 1-10C hydrocarbon group) in a wt. ratio of the pigment to the precursor of (10:100) to (300:100). Thus, a blue filter, the most liable to cause troubles, can be produced without making its color cloudy.</p> |
