PURPOSE:To provide an innovative image forming device which is simple in structure, small in size, and satisfactory in paper positioning accuracy. CONSTITUTION:The image forming device is equipped with an image forming body 14, a transfer roller 16 which transfers a toner image, formed on the image forming body 14, to paper, and a control means which controls the rotation of the transfer roller 16 independently of the operation of the image forming body 14. The image forming device is further equipped with a first detection means which detects the paper carried to the transfer roller 16, a second detection means which detects the paper ejected from the transfer roller 16, a transfer motor which controls the operation of the transfer roller 16, and an input means for instructing the device to print. |
