PURPOSE: To perform an editing function corresponding to a mark by marking an original document. CONSTITUTION: After an electrostatic latent image is recorded in an optical conductive surface 14, a belt 12 is advanced to an edit station C. In the edit station C, an editing function corresponding to a mark given to a document 24 is executed by a LED array 50 operation-controlled by a signal from a CPU 42. The CPU 42 performs editing functions including recognizing of the operation instruction of an identifying mark on the document, erasing of a surrounded area, adding of information and copying of several parts in the area. Thus, only by marking the document so as to enable a programmed editing function to be performed in the identifying mark detected area by a CCD array 36, an operator selects one or more editing functions to be performed beforehand. |
