PURPOSE:To insure stable wind power regardless of direction or intensity of a wind by supporting the leading edge part of a vertical wing capably of being swung, rotatably connecting the trailing edge part to a swing arm, swinging the swing arm on the lee side by wind pressure, and using a vertical rotary shaft as an output shaft. CONSTITUTION:A hollow vertical shaft 2 is fixed to a base 1, and a rotary shaft 6 having a plurality of arms 4, 5 is rotatably fitted into the vertical shaft 2 through bearings 3. The leading edge part 10 of a vertical wing 9 is fitted to the extreme ends of the respective arms 4, 5 through respective bearings 7, 8 capably of being swung around a lengthwise shaft 11. A swing angle limiting member 14 is additionally provided on the base part of the vertical shaft 2, and an operation lever 15 is fixed to the swing angle limiting member 14. Meanwhile, a bar 16 is plantedly provided to the operation lever 15 capably of being swung and penetrated in the base 1 capably of being projected or retreated. The trailing edge part 26 of the vertical wing 9 is moved on the lee side by wind pressure, and a swing arm 22 engaged with the swing angle limiting member 14 is swung by a decided angle according to load torque. |
