PURPOSE:To surely store important information by appending identification information to each message and storing each message. CONSTITUTION:With a switch 16 turned on, a CPU 14 initializes each circuit, a display content of a display section 29, a timer inside the CPU 14 and a bank counter in a RAM 24 or the like are initialized. When the arrival of an incoming call is discriminated, incoming call data decoded by a decoder section 13 and a date and the date and the time of a clock section 23 at that point of time are stored in the RAM 24 while confirming to the effect that the data are not 2nd data by a repeat call sent within, e.g. 60sec. Identification information as to whether or not its message is to be protected is added and stored and when the storage capacity is fully occupied, other information than the protected information is deleted in prescribed order. Simultaneously important message information is surely stored over long time by displaying the information stored simultaneously in the memory in order of arrival and reception order is also confirmed.
