PURPOSE: To attain a multifunction switch assembly that is small, easily composed, and easily assembled. CONSTITUTION: A switch assembly body is provided with a base member 12 having at least one conductive piece 64 projecting connector terminals 21, 23, 25..., a conductive piece 36 arranged at a surface of the base member 12 and provided with a terminal extended being facing outside and a terminal 70 being facing upward, a wiring board 124 arranged above the base member 12 and directly plugged-in with this. A plurality of switches 96, 98 are attached on the base member 12, one switch 126 is attached to right above the base member 12 where a switch 96 is attached. A stroke of a plunger that passes an opening of the wiring board 124 is changed by adjusting operating amount of lockers 176, 178... on a housing cover 16, multifunction control is enabled by switching one or continuously switching both switches 126, 96 by operating one actuator 176.
