<p>PURPOSE:To easily form a complicated resistance wire arrangement which is required for high voltage resistor withstand voltage characteristics by a method wherein a resistance wire fixing groove is formed on a curved surface as a hardened shell structure using an ultraviolet-ray hardening prepreg sheet. CONSTITUTION:A set of two sheets of semicylindrical hardened prepreg shells 2 and 2', having a groove used to fix a resistance wire 3, is fixed to the outer circumferential surface of the insulating cylinder 1 consisting of nonwoven fabric/epoxy resin, for example. The resistance wire 3 is wound on and fixed to the groove 3, nonwoven fabric is wound on the outside of the semicylindrical shells 2 and 2', where the resistance wire is fixed, as indicated with chain lines in the diagram separately mentioned, and the shells 2 and 2' are surrounded by a thermosetting resin-impregnated nonwoven fabric subjected to vacuum impregnation with low viscosity epoxy resin. As a result, the resistance wire 3 arrangement required for withstand voltage characteristics of a high voltage resistor can be formed in an easy but precise manner.</p> |
