<p>PURPOSE:To reduce in cost and size a noise removing filter to be applied in a wide frequency band by incorporating a noise removing filter function by utilizing a ceramic board, an inner interconnection electrode, an outer interconnection electrode and input/output electrodes. CONSTITUTION:An input/output unit of a circuit board has an outer interconnection electrode 3 formed on the upper surface of a dielectric ceramic multilayer board 1, an inner interconnection electrode 4 formed in the board 1, and an input/output terminal electrode 5 mounted at the unit of the board. By this structure, an inductance can be obtained by a zigzaglike pattern of the electrode 3, and a capacitance can be obtained by the electrodes 3, 4. Accordingly, a noise removing filter function of an equivalent circuit can be obtained.</p> |
