PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile circulation unit that can circulate a circular notice without imposing an operation load onto a user, allows an optional member to be a circulation source and can prevent an undesired circular notice by a 3rd party from being circulated. SOLUTION: Upon the receipt of a SUB signal with an ID same as a group ID stored in a RAM 170, an SID signal attached with a circulation source telephone number same as a telephone number of a member stored in a telephone directory memory 180, and a sender side telephone number same as the telephone number of the member stored in the telephone directory memory 180 from a line L at the arrival of an incoming call, the circular notice from the line L is stored in an image information memory 120 and circulated to a succeeding circulation destination.
