Disclosed is a vehicle seat cover 10 comprising a first portion 20 for covering a seat back and a second portion 100 for covering a seat base. L-shaped openings 24 are provided at spaced apart locations along the top 22 of first portion 20. The openings 24 comprise a first leg 24a that extends along the top 22 and a second leg 24b that extends from the first leg 24a to a peripheral rear edge of the first portion 20. A plurality of seat belt buckle receiving openings 104 is provided in the top 101 of the second portion 100 at a location inboard of its rear edge.
