PURPOSE:To form grooves to a mold in a lattice form and to remove burr along the grooves by a slide plate by cutting the mold by an edge tool coinciding with a groove shape and formed into a mirror surface while applying fine reciprocating vibration to the edge tool and injecting cutting oil to the cutting surface of the edge tool so as to scatter cut refuse forwardly from the rear surface of the edge tool. CONSTITUTION:The edge tool cutting a mold to form grooves to the mold coincides with a groove shape and is formed into a mirror surface and grooves are formed to the mold in a lattice form while fine ultrasonic reciprocating vibration is applied to the edge tool attached to a cutter. At this time, cutting oil is injected to the cutting surface of the edge tool in order to scatter cut refuse forwardly from the rear surface in the advance direction thereof to prevent the breakage of the edge due to the cut refuse. After the grooves are formed in a lattice form, a slide plate 1 is slid along the grooves and a burr and parting line angle surface is polished at an acute angle and the flow of the resin in the grooves is kept. Therefore, latticelike meshes are ensured and no burr is generated between meshes and quality is enhanced. |
