<p>PURPOSE: To provide an immunopotentiatory agent and its use in combination with an antitumor or antiinfective agent. CONSTITUTION: This invention relates to the use of 4-(2-formyl-3- hydroxyphenoxymethyl)benzoic acid or its physiologically permissible salt as an immunopotentiatory agent, a composition containing the compound, a process for producing the compound and the composition, a combination of the compound with an antitumor or antiinfective agent and the use of the combination for the prevention or treatment of tumor or infectious diseases.</p> |
