PURPOSE:To raise a roller production efficiency, improve a product quality, and reduce a product cost. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical mold to be loaded with a liquid rubber 11 by injection is divided into three split cylindrical molds 3A, 3B, 3C in the vertical direction of an upper mold 2 and a lower mold 1. In this manner, a mold corresponding to a normal crown roller or a reversed crown roller can be assembled. A product molded into a normal, crown roller or a reversed crown roller can be easily removed from the split cylindrical molds 3A, 3B, 3C. Furthermore, a dimensional accuracy for a normal crown roller or a reversed crown roller can be accomplished in a molding process. Therefore, a roller production efficiency can be raised, a product quality can be improved, and a product cost can be reduced. |
